Pisces and their weaknesses
Pisces (February 19 – March 20) is the twelfth Zodiac sign, ruled by the planet Neptune. Pisceans are incredibly intuitive, emotional and compassionate people but their constant thinking and inner struggle results in weak health. They are very sensitive to bad atmosphere or negative emotions floating in the air.
Despite their sulky nature, Pisceans tend to indulge in bohemian lifestyle, so good wine and tasty food is undoubtedly one of the great weaknesses for them. When it comes to alcohol or cigarettes, those born under this sign tend to forget their limits which can result in becoming addicted. Food is a big passion of theirs and it’s quite hard for Pisces to say no chocolate, delicious cake or fried chicken. They like their food, and it usually helps them feel better.

Because of their inconsistent nature Pisces can’t follow a diet plan so many Pisceans decide to lose weight by taking up sports. This is your element, so it will help you feel good all the time, and you will see incredible results after a while.
Spend your free time in fresh air; if your work is not far away from your house, go to work by foot or, even better, ride a bike. You Pisceans can easily become bored with routine, so take all the fun out of exercising there is. This way you can improve both your health and your mind. Remember, no one is putting pressure on you, and you can take your time.
Another great exercise is dancing. It is the best way to take your mind off things and feel refreshed. Even when you are alone at home, dance to your favourite song like there’s no tomorrow. If you can afford it, take up dancing lessons. Firstly, you will meet new people which will help your social life. Secondly, you will lose weight without even trying. And most importantly, dancing is one of the greatest forms of self expression and art. If you are a Pisces, you know very well how helpful art can be, so embrace it.
Dieting is not an easy task for Pisces. They may decide to go on a diet in the morning, and then bake a delicious three layer cake in the evening. Every time they become hooked on some kind of brand new diet, it almost never works out. The truth is, Pisceans have a hard time living with a schedule and giving up their favourite food is even worse. People born under this sign like tasty food as it boosts their mood.
But those Pisces who find the strength to go on a diet should chose a weight loss plan with a wide scope of nourishment. Otherwise, they will soon give up and gain twice as much weight. Eat more salad, nuts, berries and products that are full of iron (eggs, spinach, apples, oranges, onions or beans will do). Don’t mix your food and try to be as consistent as possible. Most importantly, restrict your daily doses of caffeine and choose green tea instead.
